The only reason I rated Daniel 4 stars/homes on negotiation skills is because we ended up paying a little more than we probably should have. The seller was both unrealistic and unwilling to budge so I don't know that there is anything more Daniel could have done. We loved Daniel's online rating system for properties and, when it came time to hit the streets, he lined up 17 homes in 2 days. In the end, we love our new home and enjoyed working with Daniel.

Working with Daniel and his assistant Rebecca was a pleasure. With their help and knowledge of everything involved in buying and selling my home the process could not have been any easier. They are personable and fantastic listeners. Daniel understood exactly what I was looking for and did not stop until we found it.
