Dan is very knowledgeable about selling real estate and all that is happening right now. Whenever I called, he answered within a short time if he was not able to right then. That means a lot when it has been a long time since selling your home. I was out of town when the company putting in my septic system called to say it would be installed the next day. Dan went there in the morning and sent me a picture of what they were doing. He went back in late afternoon and sent me a picture of how well it looked (above and beyond). Dan always answered my many questions.
