Excellent outcome!
Last year I had the opportunity to buy a second condo with Daniel Gaviria in Key Biscayne. I wanted to buy a unit I could remodel to fit my needs, within a specific budget. Since the purchase of the first condo went so well, I knew I could rely on Daniel’s experience, knowledge of the market, negotiation skills, and trustworthiness, which are excellent and unique. I am now enjoying my new place!
