Daniel Frankson

I recently purchased my first home. To say that I was a bit skeptical as a first time buyer would be an understatement. I was downright fearful. It was a big commitment. My loan officer realized that I was going to need some serious “hand holding” if I was going to stay the course and become a new home owner. He referred me to Daniel and upon meeting him, I immediately felt comfortable. He listened to me noting my likes and dislikes, and he made me feel as if all of my questions were important. The home buying process, could have been very stressful but because Daniel was always available, following up promptly and keeping me informed of the next steps, I was able to relax and actually enjoy looking for a new home.
