I've never met an agent as diligent and dependable as Dan!

In more than 40 years as an attorney representing clients involved in complex real estate transactions, I have had numerous contacts with real estate agents. In all of my professional career. I have never met an agent as diligent and dependable as Dan (and his wife, Robin). When I was looking to purchase raw land near Lewisburg, Dan provided extraordinary efforts to help me with the purchase. A simple acquisition morphed into a bottomless well of problems (substantially inaccurate legal descriptions, numerous inaccuracies in the Selker's listing, encroachments by a heighbor, difficulties in getting utility easements. etc.). For each of these obstacles. Dan and Robin went beyond the call of duty to overcome. This included multiple trips to the property, including personally interviewing neighbors in order to obtain necessary easements; investigation with Duck River regarding necessary easements; visit to the clerks office to obtain a copy of the last deed of record; confirmation of water hook up capabilty; personally plotting the legal description (which showed a substanrial discreptancy in the size of the property), etc. Also, it did not matter the time of day or the day of the week, Dan was always available and immediately responsive. Beyond the dedication, diligence and dependibility, Dan and Robin showed the warmth, humor and empathy, in helping me with my "problem" purchase. We still do not know if this transaction will close (I will update this review with the status), but I know that a failure to close is not because of the herculean efforts of Dan and Robin. ************* Well, we did not close this impossible transaction. However I was blessed to have found the absolutely best real estate agent. Now Dan and Robin are providing their apex dedication to my next two new acquisitions.
