When we found this property, Daniel Flahaven by grace of god, became our agent. The property was listed as 121 acres, long story short, we couldnt buy the whole property so with Dan and his wife Robins help, we began chiseling out a 45 acre section we wanted, Robins expertise provided all the longitude and latitudes we needed to have property lines drawn and serveyed, Dan helped me uncover some old farm equipment by coming down and helping me spray weed and brush killer to recover it. He worked tirelessly to get other small items added to our contract. I know if it had not been for Daniel and Robin Flahaven, this deal never would have happened.
