Dan is extremely knowledgeable of his local real estate markets. His communications with me were regular, succinct, and really helped the sale of my property. We desperately needed help moving everything out of my father's house as well as a realtor to help sell it. Dan's "first job" is that of a mover and we relied on him to come and move out that which we had gone through. We engaged him for the moving out of items first and he distributed it to charitable agencies, recycle and garbage. A BIG job. Then, at our request since we were out of town, he engaged local businesses for deep cleaning, painting and carpet replacement. Then, he put on his realtor hat and proceeded to sell the house, which went smoothly. The charges for each stage of all the work he did were very reasonable and he did excellent work! I'm not sure what our mental state would have been if we would not have had Dan's help!
