Extremely Responsive
I'll try to keep it short and to the point. I live in Massachusetts. I engaged Daniel to sell an apartment I own in Watertown. He was very communicative throughout the procedure and did a great job updating and educating us on the process. Daniel exceeded all expectations. He listed it and sold it in less than a week. And he got us above asking, all cash. Simply put, he is a full-service Real Estate Professional. He had the apartment cleaned, staged, photographed, open house, multiple offers, and finally sold. I would not trust anyone else. If we ever decide to sell or buy anything again, I won't call anyone else.
