I initially reached out to him about a lease, and that turned into me purchasing my first condo in Brickell. This was a huge decision for me, especially since I was moving from LA to Miami, but Daniel made the whole thing feel like an easy ride. It was easy because he took on so much, stayed attentive throughout, and was always on top of everything. I’m extremely happy with how it all turned out, and I couldn’t have done it without his help every step of the way. It’s been a week since I closed on the condo, and he’s still been there to assist.
