We had a wonderful experience working with Dan to find our new home in Cashiers NC. He was thorough and patient as we honed our search criteria based on the local market. One of the key things Dan did was ‘Listen’ to our requirements and preferrences. He spent a great deal of time previewing properties prior to presenting them to us. His insights and depth of experience, along with his friendly and professional demeanor, made this a very enjoyable experience for us. His negotiation skills are excellent and very effective. He is by far the best realtor we have worked with after buying and selling numerous homes.
