Danny exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. He’s very knowledgeable, he always had the answer to every question I had of the process and the homes we looked at. His communication is excellent, every time I called or texted he always made time to talk. He’s also great at communicating with everyone involved in the process, which makes it much easier and less stressful. He’s very quick with all the paperwork. When he says he’s going to write up a document, you’ll likely get it later that day or the following day. He does thorough research on recently sold homes in the area you’re looking, to make sure you get a good deal. He’ll tell you the truth if a home has problems or concerns he might have.
