We were lucky to have found Daniel in the adventure of looking for and buying property in Pensacola. He is very knowledgeable and always eager to help. He did not hesitate to go out of his way to assist us. He shared his connections with us and helped us to find inspectors, surveyor, insurers in a timely manner. The seller was difficult and intransigent but Daniel was there to guide us during the whole process. We will definitely ask Daniel again to be our agent. In him you will find a very professional, honest, relatable and super nice person.
