Daniel was 100% professional, honest in his opinion about what my coop apartment was worth. He had extensive knowledge about the market related to my unit. His communications throughout my selling process was outstanding. I would highly recommend him. He was exceptional.

Daniel helped me sell my house above the asking price. He helped me to get it ready for the market with some great staging tips and techniques and I was very pleased with how quickly we got multiple offers once it hit the market. He is a strong negotiator and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend.
