We were pleased that even though Dan did not live in town our sale house was in, he did a lot of research and learned about the area. Also if there was something he did not know he called to get clarification. So many times in all aspects of life, people give "the routine answer" he did his diligence and verified first. Dan was responsive to our calls and texts. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking to sell their house.
