We had to sell my father-in-law's house that had been in the family for over 60 years! We live an hour away from Glendora (2 hours in commute traffic), so we thought it best to choose an agent that lived in Glendora and is experienced with the area. I asked for recommendations on Glendora FB page, and Dan came highly recommended by several clients. We interviewed him and 3 other agents. We chose Dan because of his knowledge and his "hands on" attitude. We really liked that he is a former contractor too. He communicated with us every step of the way. As soon as we signed the contract, he had a landscaper there to give the place a "haircut", and also an excellent cleaning crew come in. His photographer was excellent and the house couldn't have looked any better online. The flyers were super professional too. We went "live" on a Thursday, Open houses on that weekend, and accepted an offer that week. But the best part was having Dan there in Glendora...he took the trash cans in and out every week for us, made sure the pool pump was adjusted as needed, picked up mail that wasn't forwarded, etc. It was so nice not to have to drive up to Glendora every other day to take care of those items. He also helped us take items to the dump and move a refrigerator! I don't think there was a day in the whole process, including going through escrow, that he didn't communicate with us via text/email or phone call. And we weren't an easy client! :) We had a Trust to deal with and an additional Trustee out of state...and Dan helped it all go really smoothly. Super friendly, easy-going, and professional. I highly recommend Dan to anyone needing to buy or sell.
