Nice person and he returned my first call. Returned second call to say he'd call me when back in his office, but didn't. Called us only after the first offer on the home we wanted fell through. He cut the conversation very short when we mention VA. Overall, he seemed more interested in a quick sale than helping us achieve home ownership.
We were very happy with our experience with Dan. We looked at a lot of houses and changed our criteria on what we thought we wanted many times, but Dan was patient through it all and never made us feel that we were asking for too much of his time. His only goal was to show us a house that we would love. He was very helpful while showing the houses explaining the differences between the air conditioning units, wiring, plumbing, roofs, pool surfaces, explaining all of the "paperwork" needed such as contracts, and just about anything else that we asked about. He was very knowledgeable about the locales we looked in. After we made an offer on the house, we had to go back to Connecticut but Dan helped us meet our target closing date while we were in Connecticut. In addition to his knowledge and responsiveness in the home buying process, we enjoyed the time we spent with him.
