We had a difficult commercial property to sell. Danica was patient and committed throughout the entire process to sell it, and it sold for more than we had expected! She strove to learn as much as possible about the details of the property, so that when a potential buyer had a viewing, she could answer their queries with confidence. She made herself available whenever a buyer asked for a viewing, and allowed me to join in the initial discussions with potential buyers when requested. Danica offered a professional advertising campaign, complete with several web postings, mailers, drone footage, excellent and comprehensive photos, and quality signage. Danica was very professional in her potential buyer / realtor dealings, even if the other party was not. Throughout the long closing process she maintained professionalism and gave sound advice when deadlines needed to be adjusted. She worked well with banks, title company, and buyer's agents. Again, this was a difficult property to sell, but she was able to do it!
