When I decided to purchase a home in Monterey, I called a friend and she referred me to Dani. Not being a local and buying in this crazy housing market with a tax deadline to meet, I needed someone who really knew the local real estate environment. Dani fit the bill and more. She was in constant touch as new properties were listed and helped me winnow down what and where I really wanted to purchase. Dani is very professional, and knows Monterey and neighborhood very well. There were many nuances in selling the land property. Dani and her colleagues handled all the details nicely --- using drone to take the right pictures, discussing the right price for the market, going to neighbors to gauge the interests, etc. We were able to sell the property and close the transaction thanks to her work. I seldomly write reviews, but wanted to take the opportunity to express what a pleasure it was to work with Dani on both the sale and purchase of our homes in Monterey County recently. On the sale of our home, Dani took care of every little detail and made the entire process easier than we could possibly have imagined. The amazing professional pictures she had taken, combined with her advance marketing of our property within the broker community before we went live on the MLS, led to over a dozen showings in our first two days on the market and multiple offers. After we were fortunate enough to quickly accept an amazing offer, Dani continued to work through all of the details with the buyer all the way up until close, allowing us to focus on getting prepared for the move and turning our sites to our next home. On the purchase side, Dani patiently showed us several homes along the 68 Corridor and used her network to identify additional homes not yet listed, but coming soon. When we found the house that was perfect for us, we realized during the showing that we were up against a same-day deadline for offers and Dani helped us to very quickly turn around an offer within one hour after seeing the house for the first time, in order to meet the deadline. Within half an hour, we were advised that our offer was accepted and we were in contract. Dani quickly started to organize all of the inspections and again took care of every little detail until close of escrow to make the transaction as easy for us as possible. We can’t think Dani enough for all of her efforts and support throughout both of these transactions! She is not only a great real estate agent, but a great person and we could not recommend her highly enough for anyone considering the purchase or sale of their house!

HIRE HER!!! Dani is the best. We had a VERY tough transaction because the buyer's financing started falling apart due to a credit score issue. Dani never gave up on the deal and coached us through every aspect of the twists and turns. She was always available and even went over to our house at 11pm at night when some lights were left on (we had moved out of town by then). Dani made us feel like we were her only clients, even though she was very busy. I could go on and on, but you need to call her. You won't be sorry. This was our fourth home purchase and she ranks up there as one of the best real estate agents I have ever encountered.
