Having lived in our home for 30+ years, we were "newbies" to the real estate market. We had a fabulous experience with Dani and her entire team: everyone was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Our first contact was through their "10 Mistakes Seller Make," seminar, which we found very helpful. Selling a home, even in a "hot" market, is no easy task -- Dani and team worked extremely hard and effectively to make the whole process work well for us. Highly recommended!

We attended two sellers seminars hosted by Dani and Marcus. They were extremely informative. Dani and Marcus walked through the process and absolutely everything they said, worked as described right down to the timing for the putting our house on the market, pricing recommendations, staging, open house, offers and negotiations. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
