We lived in a 180 year old home with many challenges. We told Dani we highly doubted even selling the home and certainly not quickly. Dani assured us , she would be able to make the sale. She treated us like family, holding our hand during the stress. Dani made good on her word and sold the house the first day of showings. There was a glitch with the first offer and Dani jumped right on it. She called the second offer and made the sale. She secured the purchase of our home in spite of the delay. Dani is tenacious but still so personable.

Dani was very friendly and ready to help us with both our buying experience and selling experience 2 years later. She listened carefully to what our needs were and sought out the perfect property for us. She then helped guide us through the process of placing an offer on the property and then helped us navigate through the inspections and closing. She also helped with recommendations for painters, carpet cleaners, locksmith, etc. to help us prior to move in day. Two years later, due to a job change, we called Dani back to help with the sale. We sold quickly and remotely. Again, Dani was there to help with issues that needed to be done when we could not be there. We would highly recommend Dani Fairman.
Dani was amazing and made the home buying process fun, which is saying a lot. My husband and I got to a point where we wanted to quit looking at houses because it was frustrating, but Dani sent us messages to check in and with homes we might like. She helped tremendously with taking the pressure off of the situation. She was knowledgeable about school districts, comparable pricing, and things to be aware of as first time home buyers. She was even patient to explain what we didn't know and answer all of our questions. A bonus was that she was funny and personable, a real person. I never felt like I was dealing with a robot or someone who just wanted to make a sale. She wanted it to be a good experience and I will treasure that. I am happy to say that my husband and I are now in our 1st home and couldn't be happier with the process and outcome. Dani was incredible!
