Danene was professional and personable from the start. Her approach to evaluating and marketing the property was thorough, covering all marketing angles and utilizing all technology tools. Her team was efficient and effective.The people she had as back-up in her office (special shout out to Cassandra) and those handling Title and other transfer documentation were excellent. As my property was a second home out of country I appreciated her access to a full team of trade professionals (plumbing and electrical) that she was able to mobilize to cover off inspection items quickly and at fair pricing. Danene went the extra mile on a couple of points to close my transaction quickly. I really appreciated the work done by her and the overall team.
