Dedication to her clients, commitment to the community, and delivering top-notch service are all priorities for Daneen Vincent. As a 20-year veteran of the ever-changing Western New York real estate industry, she has helped dozens of buyers and sellers with her knowledge of and enthusiasm for the area. She takes great pride in helping local families relocate in and around town and helping to create stronger neighborhoods. One of her favorite parts of being a real estate professional is showing off Western New York to out of town buyers and hearing them say “I had no idea Buffalo had all this!”
As both a salesperson and office manager, her passion for being a real estate professional came full circle a few years ago after leading one of WNY’s local real estate offices to achieve “Office of the Year.” She now services her clients as a full-time sales professional throughout WNY, which is also her life-long home.
Daneen also participates in a variety of local community service programs, sits on the board of her church, the town assessor’s office, and the local Boys and Girls Club. She also enjoys camping, skiing, snowshoeing, power yoga, cross-fit, hiking, and participating in the Buffalo Slow Roll bike ride.
She and her husband, a Canadian national, have been married 25 years. They reside locally and have two daughters attending universities in Buffalo.
