From her standout communication, market knowledge, suggestions about a strong offer, the walkthrough and closing, she pointed out issues I overlooked, made sure I understood all parts of the buying process and was positive the entire time. When it looked like I may not close in time due to some matters with the seller (which I was unaware of until closing - no needless additional stress), due to my timeline, she was searching for other comparable properties to view right away in case the closing fell through. I would certainly contact Danea again to sell or purchase a home.

Danea did an incredible job helping us sell our mother’s home after she had to very suddenly be moved into a long-term care facility. The housing market was relatively slow at the time, and the house we were trying to sell had a somewhat challenging location and price range that made our chances of attracting potential buyers somewhat limited. On top of that, we really didn’t have the time or energy to make the house as presentable as we would have liked due to an ongoing estate sale that took longer to finish than we had expected.
