Dane is not only an expert realtor with a wealth of knowledge, he's also a genuinely nice guy. His level of honesty gave my wife and I a lot of confidence in knowing he was working in our best interest. Dane helped us get a second chance at making a deal on a home we thought we were okay letting go to another buyer. I have no doubt that we would not have had that second chance if it wasn't for Dane. It would be a disservice to say that Dane is simply a realtor, because he gives you a level of commitment and caring that you'll only find with family.
