We highly recommend Dane Rickard as your Realtor for many reasons. We had some very specific things we were looking for in a house and because of our very specific tastes we were looking at homes for almost year and half! Dane was so patient with us the entire time and worked just as hard at the end as he did in the beginning! He is so knowledgable of all the properties and the pitfalls to watch out for. He never pressured us into anything, in fact the opposite was true. He talked us out of a couple places that we really liked because he showed us how big of a money pit they would become keeping us from making some very costly mistakes while putting aside his own financial gain.
