We would highly recommend Dane for all your real estate needs -selling and buying. Selling: Dane helped us from the beginning of our journey to the very end. He brought in a stager to consult on what we could do to make our house more “sell-able”. Things such as paint color, remodel/update items that needed addressed, carpet type and color, etc. Dane maintained contact on our progress. (We knew we wanted to move in early Spring so we started in late October preparing our 49 year old house that we’ve lived in for 35 years.) He was constantly researching trends, comps and discussing the market with other agents in his group. Although Dane is relatively new to the Real estate business, his knowledge was impressive. One thing we really appreciated from him, is that he never hesitated to say “I don’t know, but I’ll find out.” He didn’t just tell us something to appease us, that he “thought” might be right. As the market date approached, Dane worked closely with us on all the details, from cleaners, to the stager, to letting us know what to expect as the process went forth. Once a contract was accepted, he walked us through all of the endless dates and details we needed. Most importantly through all of it, Dane’s patience with us is what stands out the most. He explained everything in layman’s terms for us (sometimes more than once!) He understands that even though he knows all the real estate jargon and processes, we did not and did not hesitate to field an untold amount of questions! Buying: Dane went above and beyond helping us find the house to buy. He called local agents (we moved across state) to gather as much information as possible before joining us to view some. Dane did not hesitate to call builders with questions about potential issues, even bringing in an expert on the call and calling the city about local codes. He found us our home that wasn’t even on the market yet by doing his due diligence for us. We highly recommend Dane for your real estate needs!
