I found Danan online after reading his reviews and boy did he live up to what I read! I was selling a property, I thought was complete and ready to go until we ran into some challenges with the city. We were forced to tear open walls and basically start from the beginning. Danan took the led, called his general contractors, plumbers, got me connect with great lenders and worked with the city inspector to get the project approved, sold and closed. He then help me take my proceeds and invest in 4 other properties; I was able to buy 1 home, 2 duplex's and a 11 unit building. My $2.5M investment has more than doubled and he's been there every step of the way! I would highly recommend Danan to all my friends and family! It was a challenging transaction and he was able to get it done!
