Dana was our 3rd real estate agent that we worked with and I guess 3rd time is a charm. Dana was fought tooth and nail to get our home and was very knowledgeable about the Real Estate process. From extending our due diligence, to appraisal gaps, to having a highest offer clause, Dana thought of everything to make sure we got the home. She suggested people to look over the HVAC to inspect the home and found things that weren't shown in the inspection report. She was a life saver after the horrible experience we had with the previous 2 agents.
