In order to design and build our dream home, we purchased a lot, which had a number of challenges to deal with, and was further complicated by Hurricane Florence. In order to be comfortable with our purchase, a lot of research and fact finding was required prior to closing. During a lengthy and extended due diligence period, Dana did a great job of pulling it all together, in a very timely and responsive manner. I’d recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat for purchasing land or a home.

When we decided to start our search for a property at the beach Dana contacted us right away after submitting our information online. We were concerned since we had never had a real estate transaction that wasn’t local and didn’t personally know any realtors in the area, however Dana EXCEEDED our expectations! The first property we viewed did not work out (no fault on Dana’s part), however Dana worked diligently to find us the perfect property. We found the perfect property, however it was an hour away from Dana’s location yet he still provided us with excellent service. He is very knowledgeable, very responsive and very easy to deal with! Even after we closed, just before hurricane Flo he checked on us to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything even though he was also evacuating. He also checked on us afterwards! Thanks to Dana and all of his hard work we now have our perfect home away from home!
