Dana was amazing to work with. She always made herself available, even after hours, to answer questions and share insights on how we can obtain a winning offer. She communicated very openly and closely with the listing agent, was clear and upfront about our wants, and why we are the best offer compared to the rest. With her expertise and guidance, we were able to get an acceptance on the first offer submission and she worked really hard to also get us a sizeable credit from the seller, even when we thought it would have been impossible.
