Dana not only has great communication and negotiating skills, she is kind, proficient and patient. I know this because I changed my mind selling my home twice before finally selling at the end of 2025. As busy as she was, she always made time for me. I was happy with both the selling of my former property and the one I bought. Oh, and her fee? less than anyone I've ever dealt with!
