Dana was very thorough from start to finish. She gave excellent advice on marketing and setting the price of our parents’ beloved home. She was always available to meet up or to answer a question. She cared for the house, and made sure others did too as if it were her own parents’. The house ended up going viral over the Open weekend with 143 showings, which she managed seamlessly, and it concluded with 9 excellent offers, all over asking price. When a last minute buyers request popped up the day before closing, Dana stepped in, took care of it and took the added stress off of us.
