Dana handled our purchase of a new home and we were so impressed with her work, we asked her to handle the sale of our old house. A good solid seven year old house in tip top condition located in the country. We fully expected a 60 to 70 day wait for the first bids to come in. We got our first bid and eventual buyer in 35 days. The Buyer's agent was less than proficient, lacking in attention to detail, slow to respond to communications, and generally failed to motivate her clients to get actively involved, and repsond to and complete required responsibilities in a timely manner. Dana went to bat for us to the point she did the footwork for the buyer's agent in order to close the deal, was on the phone for hours at a time, chasing after the lender, the the inspectors, and the lawyers.
