We had the wonderful experience of having Dana Tanaglia of Access Paradise Reality sell our home in Yacht Club Estates in St. Petersburg, Florida. We loved our home and did not move because we wanted to. We had to move because of family concerns with our mother. Dana was incredibly sensitive and personalized the entire experience. Because she lived in the area she was especially knowledgeable and accommodating. More than the right price , it was important that she find someone who appreciated our home for what it offered. Dana could not have done better for us. She kept us informed every step of the way. When we had a glitch with regards to unclosed building permits, she took care of that promptly, and personally, including contacting contractors, and meeting them at the house until all the issues are resolved. She collaborated with workers who literally made our home and pool sparkle. We highly recommend Dana as a realtor who knows her job , does an amazing job, and takes care of her clients.

I had contacted Dana to list my home after having a bad experience with another realtor who I had list the home and after not selling the home I took it off market . As soon as I had Dana take over listing she had a professional photograher there to take pictures had a nice listing ad put together and got it out on internet getting toms of response right away she set up a open house the first weekend and we had a valid offer by end of weekend and she stayed on the sale working with the purchasers realtor on any issues and we closed relatively quick. They are two types of people in this world... those who tell you what they are going to do and those who actually get it done. Dana is a BEAST when it comes to getting it done in real estate.
