Dana was amazing in every way! She listened to what we wanted and found several properties for us to look at. She was friendly and so fun to work with. Highly recommend Dana and Jim Sullivan! I had to sell my parents place after they past. It being a trailer and me not living in Las Vegas I figured it was going to be a lost cause. I cleaned their place out and Dana and Jim met me to go over what they can do. Taking it on I didn't have much faith on the place selling anytime soon. At the airport ready to go home I received an email that they had an offer. WHAT!? 1 day after putting it up for sale!? And for what i was asking. That's unreal. They were there the entire step of the way and answered every question I had. I can't say enough good things about them! I highly recommend them if you are looking to sell or buy.
