Dana is Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

Dana managed to make what I thought was an overwhelming task, seem simple from our end! We moved just as the house was going on the market. We were not in town during any of the showings. Communication from her was excellent, prompt and relevant. When there was activity, she let us know that evening. She is well connected within the Tri-Cities community and was able to set up contractors to fix and repair minor issues requested by the buyer. She was also able to set up appointments for donations of several furniture items with 503(c) organizations that were intentionally left behind. In our case, the closing was completely remote! It went off without a hitch and exactly as we were told. Side Note: We used Dana to purchase this property almost a decade ago. She stayed in contact with us throughout the years! When it was time to relocate, our choice of Realtors was obvious. Dana knows the Tri-Cities market better than most and kept us informed along the way. Can't thank her enough for the effort she has shown us!
