It was a joy to work with Dana and we love our new home. She took the time to really listen to what is important to us, and was EXTREMELY patient to show us a lot of houses. We moved from out of state, so, as a native of the Tri Cities, she also really helped us get to know more than just the housing market. Dana was so Awesome to work with; she had all my concerns covered. She always had answers to my questions before I even asked them. She helped me get under contract buying a house, then helped me sell my house, and this all took place within three days. Both home inspections went well, Dana knows a Great Handyman to help with any inspection corrections. She handled all the inspection needs while I was at work. She even came to the Title Company signings and guided my concerns or questions. Her response in replies are quick and catered to my crazy hours. Dana had the knowledge I need to price my house right the first time, for a quick sale. She is down to earth and not going to feed you a lot of crap you don’t need to hear. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a Great real-estate experience!!!!!!!
