We used Dana when we purchased our condo and since she was so thorough and helpful and had so many contacts we used her services again when we listed our place 5 years later. She is the best real agent I have ever worked with and would recommend her to anyone.

Dana has helped us purchase our first condo in Jersey City in 2013. She was extremely knowledgeable with all the current buildings as well as plans for future buildings on empty lots. She was very patient with us and probably showed us 25 listings over a six month period. In 2015 we were again looking to buy a fixer upper brownstone so we reached out to Dana. She showed us about 15 brownstones over a couple months and we ultimately decided that we didn't like the supply available so we decided to put everything on hold. Just recently we expanded our search to Hoboken and after another six month period of looking at 25 or so homes, she helped us locate the perfect brownstone for our family. We moved in a couple weeks ago and we are so grateful that Dana was able to find us the perfect home for our growing family. In addition to clearly proving her knowledge and expertise of current listing in both Jersey City and Hoboken, she also somehow seems to remember all of the sales that have occurred over the last five years. Lastly, she was incredibly helpful while we navigated through the details of the closing process, and continued to provide insight at the inspection as well as help with any questions we had along the way.

I've worked with Dana on multiple transactions in downtown Jersey City (most recent one was September 2016) and she's the best broker bar none. For context I've worked with other brokers both in Manhattan and Jersey City and none of them come close to the level of service from Dana. She's dilligent in the manner in which she conducts business - always looking out for my interests whether I was selling or buying in the transaction. I find it refreshing to know that she's thinking several steps ahead and always foresees potential problems, and more importantly, has a solution at hand.
