My family relocated from NY to DC with no prior knowledge of the DC area. We are so glad we found Dana and Michelle to help us through this journey. After listening to our wish list they accompanied us in our discovery & adjustment to the reality of the DC market. They were responsive and did their best answering our never ending questions trying to figure out the dynamic of this very competitive market. Michelle did so many virtual visits to help us gauge if we should come down, represented us during home inspections and share her knowledge of the neighborhood. Dana was patient with us, sharing her in depth expertise, going through contract details and navigating us through the writing of the offer. As native french speakers, her fluency in French and knowledge of the French culture was such a great plus. We would certainly seek to work with Dana and Michelle in any future real estate business.
