Working with Dana was great. She gave me a game plan of what to expect once I placed the house on the market. After she performed a review of the house, she sent the before pictures and what needed repair\replacement to get the house ready to meet the expected MLM listing price. The estimates from the vendors were fair pricing and were easy to approve. Once all the repairs were completed she sent the after pictures and it was night and day comparison. When the house was listed I was surprised that the final offer was $4K over the listed price. All went through without any unexpected issues. Putting a house on the market for sale is a stressful experience but Dana made it less stressful. She was always on top of all various items that I needed to perform, (i.e., sign paperwork, suggested improvements), and the status of the sale. Very pleasant to work with. Would recommend Dana if one is looking to sell their home.
