We had other realtors view our property prior to Dana. Dana was highly recommended to my wife through a local business. She was very impressive upon her visit and marketed her skills much better than others. Her description of the 360 degree camera view of our home was a key to the technical side of our decision. We were not in a hurry to sell and her suggested pricing was much higher than others. The home sold in less than 2 weeks. Two people bid the asking price and we sold it for $6000 more than the asking price.
