Dana was the most knowledgeable, helpful, and an overall true professional agent I have ever used. She not only gave me recommendations but taught me the process along the way. My house under her guidance sold over 40k over asking price with over 15 offers two days after the open house. I highly recommend Dana as a real estate agent and will be using her services for my next endeavor.
Dana Ortiz really knows her craft. We were so blessed to have her as our real estate agent. Dana was a professional from start to finish. With her, our house was sold very quickly. We also had a very good experience with this amazing lady. If you are looking to sell your house, we recommend Dana Ortiz as your real estate agent. She will get things done faster and better than any one else. She will always keep you up to date on the status of the sale.
I have found Diana to be a very caring individual with her clients best interest at heart giving excellent advice and stayed on top of all aspects of the sale. She kept me up to date all along the way and in a very timely manner and had excellent suggestions on stageing the property and make it as desirable as possible to prospective buyers
