Dana is the best

Dana is the best. Seriously, the absolute best. Over the last four years we have purchased and sold two houses, and all four exchanges went perfectly smooth - even this last one in the peak of a national crisis! So many times I have found myself saying "how did she know that?" or "wow, thank you for doing that!." She does so much work in the background you will be surprised! Again, we sold our last home during a crisis, and on top of that we were remote (2000 miles away), but she still made it work.
