Dana McCausland

Dana has sold many houses in the Victoria area of Rancho and was highly recommended by a dear friend who is also a real estate expert. One Escrow fell through on my house and at the end of the process I was discouraged. Dana kept my morale up by assuring me that my house was very valuable and another buyer would be delighted to get it. I knew nothing about selling a house but Dana was endlessly patient with me and always had time for my questions no matter how busy she was. She is 100% professional, yet she will hold your hand whenever you need it. She is also a fabulous negotiator willing to go the second mile or further to make sure you don't get taken advantage of by the buyer. In summary she completely took the stress out of selling my house.
