Dana is very professional and knowledgeable in what she does. I was selling my mom's house and was not from the Rock Hill area. She was very helpful in what I needed to do and what order of steps to do them in. Her marketing skills are top notch, pictures of the house, the write up etc. When ever I had a question on something, she always had the answer for me. My mom was not well enough for me to leave to come down for the closing. Dana told me, "I got this and take care of your mom". She talked to the closing lawyers for me and every thing was set up for me to close by mail. I highly recommend her to anyone selling or looking to buy a house, you will be extremely happy you did.
