I used google and went by the reviews & years of experience to find a real-estate agent. I was moving from another state. Dana's assistant Morocco helped us look for a home and was patient with us. We never met Dana in person. I talked to her same day of my closing and she said she will meet me there. She never showed up to my closing. Her negotiation skills failed because the seller didn't bulge at any of her requests to replace any of the old systems. We got the house reinspected and the inspection guy she sent didnt do a thorough job. He even told us he wasnt sure or not if work was even done or if any of the units got serviced. Dana said she would meet with me and my husband and never did, just empty promises. Same week we moved to the house the microwave, the fridge and one of the HVAC systems was not working at all. The warranty company would not fix some of the issues because we were told these issues occured before we got warranty. Dana never bothered to reached out to us after we closed on the house. I will not be using her for our 2nd home purchase, nor will i refer her to anyone else. Its a joy that we are homeowners but did not expect to pour money into fixing expensive repairs when we poured our savings into the closing cost, the housing market we are in now is expensive.

Dana has represented us during a number of transactions, both buying and selling, and has done an excellent job every time. She is very dynamic and excels at finding creative solutions that meet her clients needs. She is very "hands on" and a good communicator, keeping every transaction moving forward towards the desired outcome. Highly recommended for either buying or selling.
