During the midst of COVID-19, she was able to find the right buyer, manage all the transactional components, and was very responsive to multiple inquiries as well, and closed the deal successfully – all while managing to the precautions placed upon her industry and our state/county for COVID-19 protections. With so many homes for sale in my area, she proactively marketed my home to make sure it was continually presented to fellow realtors and potential homebuyers at all times. I was very impressed with her approach at branding my home for a top dollar purchase price. She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept me apprised about showing appointments and what I needed to do to prepare for them. She was honest and forthright- no games. With so many people involved in selling a home, Dana elegantly orchestrated each interaction to ensure timelines were met and the sale stayed on track.
