Dana became my agent after a series of events with the prior agent over a period of 6 months of poor performance which led to Dana being assigned to me by the CB broker(Tara). Tara wanted to make things right . It turns out this was the best thing that could have happened. Dana from Day 1 took charge and aggressively marketed my home using all of her agent skills and experience and in a matter of 6 short weeks she found a Buyer and we closed shortly thereafter. Dana is very ethical how she goes about her business and although I was located overseas we talked on a daily basis. She is a great communicator and provided me with daily updates, phone calls, etc. I was never in the dark which was a 180 from the prior experience I had with the other agent. She also goes the extra mile with contacting vendors , arranging meetings, etc. to get things done. This was a BIG help to me as I am overseas. No hesitation on her part. I was thrilled that Dana sold our house and not another 3rd party agent as she deserves getting the commission based on all of her hard work. I am not sure what form of internal recognition program CB has in place but whatever it is Dana needs to be recognized for her great performance in marketing and selling my home. In addition to the above , Dana has great interpersonal skills and is a pleasure to work with including her wonderful personality. I have also recommended Dana to my brother-in-law who is about to market his house in Palm Harbor, FL and I am confident she will be successful getting his house to contract. In summary, Dana is a seasoned professional agent bar none.
