Dana was so amazing to work with to find a perfect home. When we decided to build, she was at every build meeting, and advocated for us to the builder on several occasions. Dana was on top of things, easy to schedule showings with, and found a home that met all our needs. She explained the home buying process throughly every step of the way. Even after closing on our home, she still keeps in contact with us to make sure all of our needs are met and if we have any questions as we are first time home buyers. Dana got us our dreamhouse! We had our eye on a particular house, but it was out of our price range (larger house and high interest rates) and our then-current house was not yet on the market. Dana fixed both problems. 1. She built and oversaw the execution of a plan to put our house on the market -- from renovations, to staging, to pictures. She worked tirelessly until the house looked immaculate. The increased value of this house together with loan negotiations put our target house well within our price range. 2. She negotiated with the realtor of the target house to get it under contract. Over the course of renovating and putting our old home on the market, she worked to keep this contract binding -- allowing us the time necessary to get our house on the market and sold. And it did sell, fast! She had every detail in place for us to realize a great sale and a great buy. A few assets that Dana brings a spades: 1. Optimism -- She wants to you to get the house of your dreams; the best house you can possibly get. 2. Realism -- She knows the market and knows the hard work that will be required to get that house. 3. Energy -- She outworked us in getting the house ready to put on the market. It was almost embarrassing :-) 4. Empathy -- Dana knows the frustration, worry, and fatigue involved in moving. She goes through it with you -- visiting often, reaching out at the most difficult times. 5. Tough negotiator -- She will get the absolute best value for you that she can. Now, I would say we will go to Dana the next time we move, but she got us our forever house; no need to move again. We do recommend her to anyone and everyone who is in the market!

Dana approached me at a time in my life when we were renting because I did not think it was possible for us to own a home. Unfortunately, we had bought a home in Utah without understanding this is a “buyer beware” state and when our newly constructed home started experiencing major issues, we walked away and lost all of our equity. Heartbreaking experience and we were frankly scared to buy again. When she sees possibility for her potential clients to change their living situation for the better, she begins advocating. It took me over a year to finally agree to open up to the possibility of owning a home again. We did not have substantial budget or down payment.
