Dana Huelga was a great agent for us, and I would highly recommend her. She has been my friend for over 30 years, but we had never been in a client/agent relationship before. She was smart to order roof and termite inspections right away so that any concerns could be addressed quickly; this was a game changer. All the documentation was in perfect order, and stipulations, processes and timelines explained - we were able to decide on a sales contract in 1 day.
